IT ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate existing IT systems and business requirements.
• Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and system documentation.
• Support software applications and computer systems.
• Work with developers, IT support teams and management.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in implementing new IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, databases or data analysis is an advantage.
• Previous IT experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
